The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable, with clean towels provided daily. The wifi had decent speed and there was a good variety of options for the complimentary breakfast. The staff, especially Andreas at reception, were friendly and helpful, providing useful advice and speaking multiple languages. The location of the hotel was convenient, with public transport options nearby and it was not far from the city center.

Convenient location by tram station. Great breakfast with fresh coffee. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Code needed to enter after 11 pm not provided, but luckily other guests helped. a good budget hotel with helpful services.

I had a great experience at this hotel! the value for money was excellent. I couldn't believe how affordable it was for all the amenities included. Secondly, the location was perfect. Situated in a quiet neighborhood with a tram stop right outside, it was easy to explore the city. Lastly, the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I also loved how the breakfast had a wide variety of options, especially the delicious selection of cakes. One detail I really appreciated was the room with a balcony. It provided a lovely view and had plenty of space, just like in the picture.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient, as it is not far from the city center and close to the FlixBus stop in Torino. It is also a good option to take the tram for exploring the city. The rooms are nice and spacious, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The hotel provides good service and offers clean towels daily. Guests can enjoy a decent breakfast with a good selection of items, and can even have fresh coffee made to order.
Some guests mentioned that the wifi in the hotel was not reliable.
